Article: A closer look at the VPC reveals how it uses harvested voter data to enhance Democrats’ election machine.

In an era of U.S. elections where ballots — not voters — are the favored currency, nonprofit voter registration has become instrumental in determining which candidate comes out on top at the ballot box.

While conservatives have largely failed to recognize the necessity of such operations in driving Republican voter turnout, leftists haven’t. Unlike their opponents, Democrats have amassed a well-funded machine that’s accumulated their party massive electoral wins in recent cycles, even as the head of their party remains widely unpopular among the American electorate.

Central to Democrats’ efforts is the Voter Participation Center (VPC), a left-wing nonprofit that, despite claiming to be “nonpartisan,” aims to create a “New American Majority” by facilitating “registration of numerous Democratic-leaning voting populations” such as “unmarried women, [racial] minorities and millennials,” according to InfluenceWatch.

Wisconsin – The Federalist – Article: Left-Wing Nonprofit Interfering In Milwaukee’s 2024 Elections Got $750K From Soros Group

Article: Soros gave $750K to group interfering in Milwaukee elections

A Democrat-friendly dark money group bankrolling Milwaukee, Wisconsin’s 2024 elections previously received $750,000 from an organization founded by leftist billionaire George Soros.

Earlier this month, Urban Milwaukee revealed that the Democrat stronghold — in a county Joe Biden won by nearly 40 points in the 2020 election — was offered a $786,500 election grant from Cities Forward, a virtually unknown nonprofit organization that markets itself as a “nonpartisan effort focused on helping cities around the country make participation in the democratic process a priority.” According to Claire Woodall, the executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission, the funds will be used to purchase new election equipment such as voting machines that print paper ballots and ballot tabulators, among other items.

The Milwaukee Election Commission and the Milwaukee Public Library also accepted a $250,000 grant from Cities Forward. Just the News reported that the grant will go towards a supposedly “non-partisan public education campaign … to increase civic connection among residents” that includes “Encourag[ing] ALL residents to register to vote, sign up to vote by mail, vote early, and update their state ID/driver’s licenses.”

Article: Capital Research Center finds evidence of a clear bias weighted toward Democrats in 2020 election

A majority of Wisconsin voters approved a ballot measure on April 2 that made Wisconsin the 28th state to adopt a ban on private funding of elections. The next day, news headlines were filled with baseless smears. One particular article, from USA Today, used the now classic “Republicans pounce!” framing: “Trump and the GOP weaponized Mark Zuckerberg’s donations; what it means for the 2024 election.”

The article claims the Wisconsin ballot measure “[stemmed] from misinformation surrounding” Mark Zuckerberg’s infamous $400 million donation to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL). To support this claim, the article references a Federal Elections Commission (FEC) report’s citation of a report commissioned by Mark Zuckerberg wherein former FEC chairman Michael Toner “found that more grants were given to jurisdictions who voted for Trump rather than Biden in 2020.”

Wisconsin – The Federalist – Article: Green Bay Clerk Breaks Election Law, Pleads Ignorance

Article: Controversial Wisconsin clerk admits to violating election law, claims she doesn’t understand it

Green Bay’s law-bending elections chief is at it again, but this time City Clerk Celestine Jeffreys admits she didn’t understand the election law she was breaking.

In response to a complaint filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation on behalf of three Green Bay citizens, Jeffreys “concedes that she has not been strictly adhering to the statutory requirements in Wisconsin Statutes … but the failure to do so was inadvertent and due to a lack of awareness of the statutory requirements.”

In short, the much-troubled clerk was ignorant, not willful, according to the legal response. It’s more of the same from Jeffreys, the former chief of staff for Green Bay’s far-left mayor in a city that made national news during the Zuckerbucks scandal of 2020 and turned punitive when its bumbling clerk previously twisted state election law.

The Federalist – Article: Dark Money-Fueled Group Strategizes to Target Dem Voting Blocs

Article: Inside one dark money-fueled group’s strategy session to “reshape the electorate in as many states as possible”

In 2015, the Wyss Foundation — a project of Swiss billionaire Hansjorg Wyss — put forth a plan to “fundamentally change the composition of the [American] electorate” in a way that another leaked memo indicated would help “achieve the foundation’s policy goals.” Last week, one of the organizations the Wyss Foundation channels money to held a conference plotting how to do just that.

The Wyss Foundation’s plan, mapped to run from 2015 to 2020 and projected to cost $105 million to $210 million, aimed to “reshape the electorate in as many states as possible” by expanding voter registration. A follow-up memo indicated these efforts would be directed at “low-income populations who tend to be reliably progressive” such as “[u]nmarried women, youth, and people of color.”

At its 15th annual State Summit in Washington, D.C., last week, left-wing nonprofit America Votes brought together public officials and activists to strategize about reaching just such voters. The conference included discussions about how to “create more lifelong voters” from a “diverse coalition” that, based on the conference topics, includes college students, pro-abortion voters, anti-Second Amendment activists, LGBT activists, racial minorities, and “progressive Christians.”
