Nevada does not have a statute that bans outside funding and influence, such as the grants and “Alliance” membership being offered by the USAEE. In 2023, Clark County (Las Vegas) was designated as a “Center For Election Excellence” by CTCL and accepted a $3M grant and membership in the “Alliance.”
